- 1 cup cooked millet,
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (like bell peppers, onions, and carrots),
- 1 egg,
- 4 burger buns, lettuce,
- tomato,
- and your choice of sauce.
Instructions:
Mix the millet, vegetables, and egg together and form into 4 patties. Cook the patties in a pan with a little oil until they’re golden brown. Assemble the burgers with the buns, lettuce, tomato, and patties. Add your choice of sauce.
