Vegetarian Burger with Millet and Vegetables: Our vegetarian burger is a celebration of plant-based goodness.

  • Ingredients:
  • 1 cup cooked millet,
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (like bell peppers, onions, and carrots),
  • 1 egg,
  • 4 burger buns, lettuce,
  • tomato,
  • and your choice of sauce.


Mix the millet, vegetables, and egg together and form into 4 patties. Cook the patties in a pan with a little oil until they’re golden brown. Assemble the burgers with the buns, lettuce, tomato, and patties. Add your choice of sauce.
